Inbox - Shared Replies and Conversation History

We would like to have a shared conversation and reply feature similar to HubSpot's. Specifically, when a contact responds to a marketing campaign, the entire team should be able to: View and reply to the response, Access the complete conversation history in one centralized place. This would improve collaboration among team members and ensure timely, coordinated communication with contacts.
