Booking System, Companies, Multi-Step Forms & Conditional Email Content

New Features

YouTube

Booking System

You can now create and manage bookings directly inside SureContact without relying on external scheduling tools. Create different event types such as Online Meetings, Phone Calls, or In-Person Meetings and share your booking link with users. All bookings are tracked inside SureContact, and users can also reschedule or cancel their bookings easily.

Example
  • Create 15-minute to 120-minute duration meeting events.
  • Share booking URLs with prospects or customers for easy scheduling
  • Track all bookings directly inside SureContact
  • Allow users to reschedule or cancel bookings without manual intervention
  • Replace external tools with SureContact’s built-in booking system

Companies

You can now organize and manage contacts based on their companies inside SureContact. Assign contacts to companies and better structure your CRM data for account-based workflows and segmentation.

Example
  • Group contacts under their respective companies
  • Assign multiple contacts to the same company
  • Better organize B2B customer data
  • Improve filtering and segmentation based on company relationships

Multi-Step Forms

Forms now support multi-step layouts, allowing you to create advanced forms such as surveys, onboarding forms, lead qualification forms, and more. These forms can also be embedded directly into landing pages.

Example
  • Create onboarding flows with multiple steps
  • Build detailed survey or application forms
  • Reduce form overwhelm by splitting fields into steps
  • Embed multi-step forms directly on landing pages

Rich Text Static Field in Forms

A new Rich Text Static Field has been added to forms. This field allows you to display static content such as disclaimers, instructions, notes, or important messages inside forms without allowing users to edit them.

Example
  • Add disclaimers before form submission
  • Display onboarding instructions or important notes
  • Show terms, policies, or informational content inside forms
  • Improve form clarity with formatted static content

Inline Conditional Blocks in Email Editors

Inline Conditional Block support is now available across all three email editors — Rich Text, Drag & Drop, and Custom HTML. You can now display different email content to different users based on conditions directly inside the email body.

Example
  • Show different content to premium and free users
  • Personalize offers based on contact data
  • Display region-specific or audience-specific messaging
  • Add fallback content when conditions are not met

New Automation Trigger — Sequence Exit Condition Met

A new automation trigger called Sequence Exit Condition Met has been added to Automation Events. This trigger executes whenever a sequence exits because its configured exit condition has been satisfied.

Example
  • Trigger follow-up workflows when a subscriber exits a sequence
  • Automatically tag users after sequence completion conditions are met
  • Build advanced automation flows based on sequence behavior

Subscriber Activity Tracking in Sequences

You can now view detailed subscriber activity inside sequences. Track how individual subscribers interact with each sequence step and monitor engagement more effectively.

Example
  • View subscriber engagement for each sequence step
  • Track email opens, clicks, and progression inside sequences
  • Better analyze subscriber journey and behavior

Landing Page Full Width Editing Mode

Landing Pages now support a Full Width editing mode, allowing you to create and edit pages using a single full-width layout instead of being restricted to multiple predefined layouts.

Customize Sidebar, New Landing Page Integrations & SMTP Improvements

New Features

YouTube

Customize Sidebar

You can now fully customize the sidebar navigation from the Settings menu to match your daily workflow. Pin your most-used menus to the top for quicker access and hide menus you rarely use to keep the interface clean and distraction-free.

Example
  • Pin Contacts, Automations, and Campaigns at the top for faster daily access
  • Hide menus you don’t use regularly to simplify the sidebar experience
  • Create a cleaner workspace for your team based on their role or workflow

6 New Landing Page Integrations

We’ve added 6 powerful integrations to the Landing Page Builder — Calendly, Cal.com, Typeform, Tally, Google Maps, and Loom. You can now embed these services directly on your landing pages and let visitors interact without leaving the page.

Example
  • Embed a Calendly or Cal.com scheduler so visitors can instantly book meetings
  • Add Typeform or Tally forms to collect leads, feedback, or survey responses
  • Embed Loom videos to explain your product or share onboarding walkthroughs
  • Add Google Maps to display your office or event location directly on the page
This makes your landing pages more interactive and conversion-focused without requiring external redirects.

Improvements

Auto-Select Account Email for Test Emails

Your account email address is now automatically selected when sending test emails from Campaigns, Automations, Sequences, and other email editors.

Example
  • Send a quick test email to yourself without manually entering an email address every time
  • Speed up email testing during campaign creation or workflow setup

Workflow Builder UI Enhancements

We’ve optimized the Workflow Builder node UI along with several other platform interface improvements to make the overall experience cleaner, smoother, and easier to use.

Simplified Internal SMTP Setup Experience

The SMTP page has now been redesigned with two dedicated tabs:

  • External SMTP — Manage third-party SMTP/API providers
  • Internal SMTP — Configure SureContact Internal SMTP with guided instructions
We’ve also simplified the Internal SMTP setup process with clearer onboarding instructions and a more user-friendly flow.

Example
  • Easily distinguish between external and internal sending providers
  • Follow the guided setup steps to configure Internal SMTP faster
  • Better visibility into your sending configuration setup

Bug Fixes

Contact Profile UI Fix for Long Tags

Gradual Sending, Nested List Support, Sending Rate Per Minute, and Bug Fixes

New Features

YouTube

Gradual Send for Campaigns

You can now gradually send campaign emails by starting with a lower sending rate and automatically increasing it over time.

This helps improve deliverability by reducing the chances of:
  • Bounce spikes
  • Spam complaints
  • SMTP reputation issues
What you can configure:
  • Starting sending rate (emails/minute)
  • Ramp-up duration using preset or custom hours
  • Safety thresholds:
    • Conservative
    • Balanced
    • Aggressive
Example use case
  • Sending a campaign to 50,000 contacts from a newly warmed-up domain:
    • Start slowly at 100 emails/minute
    • Gradually increase over a few hours
    • Auto-pause if bounce rates increase unexpectedly
    • Protects domain reputation while maximizing delivery success

Nested List Support in Email Template Builder

The List element inside the Email Template Builder now supports nested lists using the Tab key.

How this helps you
  • Create cleaner and more structured email content
  • Design professional-looking step-by-step guides or feature breakdowns
  • Improve readability for longer emails
Example use case

Create onboarding emails like:
  • Step 1
    • Create account
    • Verify email
  • Step 2
    • Connect integrations
    • Launch first campaign
This was not possible earlier with proper indentation support.

Sending Rate Updated from Per Second → Per Minute

Campaign sending rate configuration is now simplified and changed from per second to per minute.

You can now configure sending rates between:
  • 1 to 6000 emails per minute
The system also continues to:
  • Auto-pause campaigns if bounce or complaint thresholds are breached
How this helps you:
  • Easier and more intuitive sending configuration
  • Better understanding of actual sending speed
  • Improved control for both small and large campaigns
Example use case

Instead of calculating “emails per second,” you can directly set:
  • 500 emails/minute
  • 2000 emails/minute
  • 6000 emails/minute
making campaign planning much simpler.

Bug Fixes

Pagination Issue in Tag & List Trigger Dropdowns

Resolved an issue in the Sequence Editor where tag and list-related triggers only displayed a limited number of tags or lists due to pagination problems.

What’s improved:
  • All tags and lists now load correctly in selection dropdowns
  • Easier automation setup for accounts with large datasets
  • No missing options while configuring triggers

Multi-Day Scheduling, Advanced Sequence Delays & Email Reuse

New Features

YouTube

Wait Until → Multiple Days Selection

You can now select multiple days in the “Wait Until → Next Day of the Week” delay type. The workflow will automatically resume on the soonest matching day.

How this helps you
  • No need to duplicate workflows for different days
  • More control over timing without complex logic
  • Cleaner and simpler automation setup
Example use case:
  • You want to send follow-ups only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • Select all three days in one step
    • The workflow resumes on the next available matching day
    • Ensures better engagement timing without manual effort

Advanced Delay Options in Sequences

Sequences now support multiple delay types using the existing connector:
  • Fixed Delay
  • Immediate
  • Random Delay
  • Time of the Day
  • Day of the Week
  • Days from Now
  • Specific Date
How this helps you
  • Build more natural and human-like communication flows
  • Avoid predictable timing patterns
  • Customize delays based on real-world scenarios
Example use case
  • Send a welcome email immediately
  • Wait a random delay before the next email to avoid spam patterns
  • Schedule a follow-up at a specific time of day for higher open rates

2-Step Email Source Picker

The email compose flow now includes a 2-step email source picker, giving you more flexibility while creating emails.

What you can do
  • Create a new email using:
    • Drag & Drop Builder
    • Rich Text Editor
    • Custom HTML Editor
  • Or reuse emails from past campaigns
How this helps you
  • Saves time by reusing proven email templates
  • Reduces repetitive work
  • Keeps messaging consistent across campaigns
Example use case
  • Reuse a high-performing campaign email in a new automation
  • Quickly tweak content instead of creating from scratch

Bug Fixes

Fixed: Generic Errors & Multiple Retries in Email Actions

Resolved an issue where failed email actions (e.g., Send Email, Send Opt-in Reminder) showed only a generic error:
“An error occurred while executing this action.”

What’s improved
  • Clearer and more useful error messages for better debugging
  • Failed actions no longer execute multiple times unnecessarily

Fixed: Workflow Structure Breaking After Deleting Actions

Deleting an action placed before a branch no longer breaks the workflow structure.

Previously
  • Inside the “Yes” branch were moved outside
  • This caused “unreachable nodes” errors when saving
NOW
  • Workflow structure remains intact
  • Branch logic works as expected after deletion

  •  Maintain cleaner workflow history and avoid unnecessary duplicates

Contact Limit Usage Alerts

Get notified when you reach 70% of your contact limit so you can take action before hitting the cap.
Example:
If your plan allows 10,000 contacts, you’ll receive an alert at 7,000—giving you time to upgrade or clean your list without disruption.

Example:
Import a CSV with fields like “Company Size” or “Lead Source”—these will be automatically created and mapped without manual setup.

Example:
