New: MCP, Ottokit Embedding, Campaign Analysis with AI and much more

New

  • Editing Email Templates Inline in Automation – You can now edit email templates directly inside Automations → Actions → Send Email action flyout. No need to create or edit templates separately before setting up automation.
  • Campaign Analysis with AI – Added automatic AI analysis while creating campaigns to prevent violence, spam, harassment, or restricted content. If such content is detected, the campaign cannot be sent. It also checks whether an unsubscribe link is present.
  • MCP Integrations – Added MCP support to the platform. You can now connect the SureContact MCP server with AI clients like Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Claude Code CLI, or others, and control SureContact operations directly from those tools.
  • OttoKit Embedding – OttoKit is now embedded inside SureContact. You can create workflows using SureContact triggers and other actions without leaving the platform.
  • Contact Import Overwrite Option – Added a checkbox next to each field during contact import to control whether imported data should overwrite existing contact data.
  • Dynamic List Filters – Added Email Open and Click filters in Dynamic Lists.
  • New WordPress Integration – Added Convert Pro integration.
Improvements

  • The platform is now responsive on mobile and tablet devices. You can check contacts and other data on mobile. However, we recommend using the web version for the best experience.
  • In Automations → Contact Unsubscribed Trigger, multiple unsubscribe sources can now be selected.
Fixes

  • Fixed a global issue where if an account had lists but no tags (or vice versa), selecting a list in the Add to List dropdown under WordPress integrations would appear empty after saving and reopening the flyout.
  • Fixed an issue where scheduled emails showed the correct time in the summary, but displayed a 7-hour difference when opened (e.g., 6:11 PM MST instead of 11:11 AM MST). The scheduled time now correctly reflects the timezone.
