Group Booking

You can now create Group Booking events in SureContact.

Previously, Bookings only supported one-on-one meetings. With this release, you can create events that allow multiple attendees to join the same session and define the maximum number of participants for each booking.

This makes it easy to host webinars, workshops, training sessions, office hours, onboarding calls, or any event where multiple attendees join together.

Example
  • Host a weekly product demo for up to 50 attendees
  • Schedule team onboarding sessions for new customers
  • Run live Q&A or coaching sessions with multiple participants
  • Create workshops, webinars, or classroom-style events
This allows you to manage both one-on-one and group meetings directly from SureContact.

Booking Rescheduling Controls

You can now control whether attendees are allowed to reschedule their bookings by using the new Allow Rescheduling toggle available in Event Types.

If rescheduling is enabled, attendees can choose a new available time using their booking links.

If disabled, rescheduling will be disabled for attendees.

Example
  • Allow prospects to reschedule sales calls without contacting your team
  • Prevent customers from rescheduling fixed training sessions or webinars
  • Keep appointment schedules locked for high-demand events
  • Give hosts complete control over meeting schedules when required
This gives you greater flexibility to manage different booking scenarios based on your business needs.

Improvements

Email Opened & Email Link Clicked Triggers Now Support Automations and Sequences

The Email Opened and Email Link Clicked automation triggers now support Campaigns, Automations, and Sequences.

Previously, these triggers could only monitor emails sent through Campaigns. Now you can also trigger automations when recipients open emails or click links sent from your automated workflows and email sequences.

Example
  • Trigger a follow-up workflow when a user opens an onboarding email from a Sequence
  • Tag contacts who click a pricing link inside an Automation email
  • Notify your sales team when a prospect engages with a Sequence email
  • Build advanced engagement automations across Campaigns, Automations, and Sequences
This gives you much more flexibility to build engagement-based automations across every email sent from SureContact.
