Native Forms
You can now create native forms directly inside SureContact. This removes the need for third-party form tools for lead capture.
- Create and manage forms within SureContact.
- Use form links in campaigns or share them anywhere.
- When a user submits the form, the contact is automatically added to the CRM.
Form Submission Trigger
A new “Form Submission” trigger has been added to Automations.
- Trigger workflows when a specific form is submitted.
- Example: When Form A is submitted → add a tag, add a note, or send a specific email to the contact.

WordPress MCP Server Support — Abilities API
Added WordPress MCP Server integration via the SureContact WordPress plugin. AI tools like Claude can now manage your WordPress site and SureContact CRM using natural language through the Abilities API, with no manual setup required.

- Create Automation Rule – Set up contact sync rules from forms, products, etc.
- Enable/Disable Integration – Toggle integrations like WooCommerce, WPForms.
