New Features

Share Email Template

You can now easily share your email templates with other users, teams, or workspaces. A new Share Template option has been added inside the Email Template Builder. Simply generate a share link and allow others to view, edit, and use the template on their end.

Media Folders

Organize your media assets more efficiently with the new folder system inside the Email Template Builder. You can now create folders to better manage and structure your images and media files.

Multilingual Support

SureContact is now available in multiple languages. The platform currently supports:

  • English
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese
  • Italian
Use SureContact in your preferred language for a more personalized experience.

Custom Tracking Domain

You can now use a custom domain for email tracking links, open tracking, and unsubscribe pages. Custom domains can be assigned at the workspace level, allowing emails to use branded tracking links.

Workspace-Level Contact Allocation

Allocate specific contact limits across different workspaces within your organization. For example, if your organization has a limit of 100,000 contacts, you can distribute them across workspaces based on your needs.

CSV Export for Campaigns and Automations

Added CSV export functionality for campaigns and automations. Select specific metrics during export to generate detailed CSV reports for analysis.

Workspace-Level Timezone

Set a dedicated timezone for each workspace. All timestamps and campaign scheduling will now follow the selected workspace timezone.

Improvements

  • Disabled webhook triggering during bulk operations to improve system performance and prevent unnecessary resource usage.
  • Performance optimization for Dynamic Lists to improve loading speed and overall contact page performance.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where disposable email addresses were not properly rejected during contact creation, migration, and import.
  • Fixed the missing API Key popup when using the Create button with an empty state.
  • Fixed activity log issue where delivered emails were incorrectly marked as “Sent,” causing confusion about duplicate sends.
