New Features

YouTube

A/B Test Campaigns

You can now create A/B test campaigns in SureContact to optimize your email performance. Test different subject lines, content, or designs by sending variants to a percentage of your audience, then automatically or manually select the winning version.

Example
  • Variant A → 20% audience
  • Variant B → 20% audience
  • Best-performing variant → Automatically sent to remaining 60%
Benefit: Improve open rates, clicks, and conversions by sending only the most effective emails.

Automation Version History

Every time you update or activate an automation, a new version is saved. You can track changes over time and revert to any previous version whenever needed.

Example
  • Version 1 → Initial workflow
  • Version 2 → Added delay step
  • Version 3 → Updated email content
  • → Revert back to Version 1 anytime
Benefit: Safely experiment with automation changes without the risk of losing previous setups.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Secure your account with Multi-Factor Authentication using either Email OTP or an Authenticator App (TOTP).

Example

Login with password → Enter OTP from email or authenticator app
Benefit: Adds an extra layer of security to protect your account and data.

Custom Field Sections (Grouped View)

Organize custom fields into collapsible sections on the contact profile page for better structure and usability.

Example
  • Section: Shipping Address
  • → Address Line 1
  • → City
  • → ZIP Code
Benefit: Cleaner contact profiles with easy navigation and better data organization.

SureCart Price-Based Tagging

SureCart product prices are now tracked as separate entities, allowing tagging based on the exact pricing option purchased.

Example
  • Product: Membership
  • → Monthly Plan → Tag: Monthly Buyer
  • → Yearly Plan → Tag: Yearly Buyer
Benefit: Better segmentation and targeted follow-ups based on customer purchase behavior.

New SMTP Providers Added

Added support for three new SMTP providers: toSend, SocketLabs, and Emailit.

Toggle Columns in Contacts Page

Customize your contacts table by toggling primary and custom fields as columns. Each column also supports filtering.

Example
  • Add column: City
  • → Filter contacts where City = “Mumbai”
Benefit: Quickly segment and find contacts directly from the table view.

A/B Test Campaign MCP Tools

New MCP tools added for managing A/B test campaigns:
get-ab-test-stats-tool, configure-ab-test-tool, create-campaign-variant-tool, update-campaign-variant-tool, select-ab-test-winner-tool, delete-campaign-variant-tool

Benefit: Advanced users and integrations can fully control A/B testing workflows via MCP.

Reply-To Name Support in Send Email

You can now define a custom reply-to name in the Send Email action.

Benefit: Improves brand identity and clarity when recipients reply to your emails.

Subscriber Stats Tracking in Automations

Track how many contacts are present at each step of your automation workflow with live counts displayed on nodes.

Benefit: Get real-time visibility into automation performance and user flow.

Company Address in Workspace Settings

Add your company address in workspace settings for use in email footers.

Benefit: Ensures compliance and consistent branding across emails.

End Another Automation Action

You can now stop a specific automation for a contact from within another automation.

Example
  • User enters new workflow → End old onboarding automation
Benefit: Prevents conflicts and ensures contacts are only in relevant workflows.

Email Metrics Popup in Automation

Each Send Email node now shows a quick metrics popup with stats like sent, opened, clicked, and bounced.

Benefit: Instantly monitor email performance without leaving the workflow builder.

Unengaged Trigger in Automations

Trigger automations for contacts who haven’t opened or clicked emails within a defined number of days.

Example
  • No activity for 30 days → Trigger re-engagement campaign
Benefit: Easily identify and re-engage inactive subscribers.
