New: Double Opt-In, Brand Settings & Many Improvements

New

  • Double Opt-In Support
A new Double Opt-In option is now available in Settings. When enabled, contacts added from sources such as API, WordPress integrations/forms, manual entry, or automation webhooks will be created with a Pending status.
Emails can only be sent after the contact confirms via the opt-in email.
You can also choose which sources should use Double Opt-In.
  • Gravatar Support
Contacts with a Gravatar image will now display their profile image on the Contacts page and inside the individual contact view.
This also applies to your account profile photo.
  • Brand Settings
Customize your brand identity directly from Settings:
    • Logo
    • Colors
    • Typography
    • Button styles
These settings are applied automatically to all email templates.

  • Added support for creating Custom Activities inside individual contact profiles.
  • Added an optional Title field for Notes.
  • Improved date and time picker while scheduling campaigns, including visibility of time remaining before send.
  • Contacts are now visible when clicking on a List or Tag.
  • Added a new “Complained” status for contacts who report emails as spam.
  • Added new contact fields: Timezone and Language.
  • Added UUIDs for Contacts, Tags, Lists, Custom Fields, and Workspaces.
  • Email campaign sending limits are now auto-populated based on the selected SMTP.
  • Added a new Custom Field type: Timestamp.
  • Added a Copy option for duplicating Lists.
